Of course limo drivers (and other service professionals) deserve tips. The amount should be proportional to the quality of the service. Don't tip for bad service. Tipping incentivizes their hard work and helps them make a wage they can live on.

Built-in gratuities work best for corporate clients. Execs don't have to worry about tipping and the accountants get more accurate expenses. No more padded expense reports and if they're not satisfied with the trip they can call the limo service to get the gratuity removed. The chaffeur gets more money and the customer will get a happier chaffeur. It's a win-win. Can't beat that!
