Definitely not. The act of banning books is ridiculous. We live in a country where freedom of speech is our right. If parents don't want their kids to read something they need to talk to their kids about it. Some books need parental guidance. Discuss the book's theme (in The Hunger Games there's a society that has no choice and no say) with your child ahead of time.
Absolutely right. Nothing should be banned. Everything should be open to debate. I wouldn't trust the censors no matter who they might be anyway. And once censors get rolling, they get power crazy and start banning things for petty reasons that have nothing to do with protecting other people but more to do with protecting their own positions.
