Violent video games can cause behavioral problems or cause kids to become bullies at school. Video games that educate and develop their brains are what we should be focused on. Young kids are finding ways to get access to the worst video games so we need to protect them and put an end to these harmful games. We should just ban ones that have violence above some certain level and create a safer world I say!

Of course not. Are we then going to ban violent movies? Both have rating systems in place so that parents don't let their 9-year old play video games that are rated 18+. The real problem is many parents allow their young children to play games like GTA and Gears of War anyway. Let's not take the easy way out. Have a talk with your kids about it and any concerns you have. What we need is to take responsibility as role models for our kids.
